Life Medical Services provides medical travel coordination services only. We:

• Facilitate introductions to licensed healthcare providers
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics
• Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements

We do not:

• Provide medical advice
• Practice medicine
• Guarantee medical outcomes
• Replace your physician

All medical decisions are made exclusively between you and your treating physician.

Medical procedures carry inherent risks. Outcomes vary based on diagnosis, age, medical history, and individual health factors. Life Medical Services does not guarantee specific medical results.

All physicians and hospitals are independent licensed providers. They are not employees of Life Medical Services. We are not responsible for medical acts, omissions, or outcomes resulting from treatment provided by third-party healthcare professionals.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Disclose relevant medical history
• Follow medical instructions provided by your treating physician
• Arrange appropriate follow-up care in your home country if advised

Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect treatment outcomes.

Patients traveling internationally assume the risks associated with international travel, including:

• Flight delays
• Travel disruptions
• Immigration requirements
• Exposure to communicable diseases

We recommend consulting travel advisories and purchasing travel insurance.

Fees for medical procedures are determined by the treating physician or hospital. Coordination fees (if applicable) will be disclosed separately in writing. Life Medical Services does not control hospital billing policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Medical Services shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes
• Complications arising from treatment
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers
• Travel-related disruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Life Medical Services for coordination services, if applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are contracted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Specific dispute resolution provisions may be added upon legal review.
